The city council in Grundy Center this week approved on the 3rd and final reading an ordinance amendment to increase the garbage collection fee to $15 per month per canister.
The Grundy Center council approved a resolution concerning the street closures for Felix Grundy Days set for July 11th-12th.
The city council also approved a resolution that approved the 28-E Agreement for mutual assistance for Grundy County fire departments and participating jurisdictions.
