Candidates are now being accepted for this year’s Franklin County Fair Queen Contest.
A complete list of queen contest rules and a ballot can be obtained at the fair office, or the name and address of a candidate can be called in to the fair office at 456-20-49.
Nominations may also be emailed to fcfair35@yahoo.com. Nominations must be postmarked by April 11th.
The 2025 Franklin County Fair runs July 9th-13th. The queen will be crowned on Thursday, July 10th at 5pm. She will reign at the fair and represent Franklin County in the Iowa State Fair competition in August.
