A celebration of life for 94-year-old Daniel Vance of Clarksville will be Friday, March 28th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Clarksville Amvets Hall. The Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home in Waverly is assisting the family. Daniel Vance passed away Monday, March 24th at the Waverly Health Center.
