Wednesday afternoon the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department arrested 40-year-old Scott Sietsema of Iowa Falls who was wanted on a Hardin County warrant for two counts of child neglect.
The state alleges that on March 1st, Sietsema consumed an entire bottle of vodka and passed out, and a juvenile in his care called for help crying.
Sietsema was released and his next court appearance was set for April 2nd.
If convicted on both charges, he could be sentenced for up to 4 years in jail.
