The Rowan City Council this week held a public hearing on the proposed property tax levy for the next fiscal year budget, and no public input was received.
The Rowan council then held a special meeting and approved the next fiscal year budget.
The council also set a public hearing concerning the budget for April 7th beginning at 7pm.
