Members of the Dumont community recently formed a non-profit organization, “Revitalize Dumont,” as an effort to restore the school building and other structures in the city.
The first public information meeting about the Dumont school building has been scheduled for Thursday, April 3rd beginning at 6pm at the Dumont American Legion.
Members of “Revitalize Dumont” say all options are on the table for the use of the school building, including storage, housing or use as a community center.
