The Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors Monday approved a resolution to provide financial assistance to the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce for proposed improvements to the chamber’s facility.
The Clear Lake chamber will be applying for a Community Attraction and Tourism Grant, and the Cerro Gordo supervisors committed 10-thousand dollars to support the project if the CAT grant is awarded.
In other business, the Cerro Gordo County Board of Supervisors approved a contract from Heartland Asphalt to resurface Vine Avenue between 150th-190th Streets, or east and northeast of Rockwell, for $934,521.
