For the first time in the company’s 62-year history, a non-family member will become the CEO of Sukup Manufacturing Company of Sheffield.
As part of an extensive succession planning process, the Sukup Board of Directors have selected current Chief Financial Officer, Tom Mangan, to serve as the company’s next President and Chief Executive Officer.
Current President and CEO Steve Sukup will begin his transition to the Chairman role in late October of this year. Mangan will work alongside Steve Sukup in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and continued execution of the company’s strategic initiatives and corporate values.
Steve Sukup will then transition to Co-Chairman of the Board alongside Charles Sukup, before ultimately assuming full Chairman duties during 2026.
