This week the Franklin County Board of Supervisors set April 14th at 10am as the date and time to hold a public hearing on the proposed fiscal year 2026 budget.
The Franklin supervisors approved a proclamation designating April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month, and ordered the clock tower to teal for the first half of April.
The supervisors approved a different proclamation designating April as Child Abuse Prevention Month, and ordered the clock tower on the courthouse to blue for the second half of April.
