A reminder for those of you who travel in Butler County, but beginning Monday, county road T-25, also known as Hickory Avenue, between Highway 3 and county road C-51, will be closed to thru traffic for multiple bridge deck overlay projects.
Work is expected to begin on the south 2 bridges first. After completing the south 2 bridges, the contractor will move to the river bridge in mid-May.
Local traffic will be maintained but through traffic should use the marked detour.
The anticipated completion date for the work is July 11th.
