The Hampton-Dumont-CAL tennis teams will play Iowa Falls-Alden in separate locations Tuesday. The girls will be at Progress Park in Hampton and the boys will be at Assembly Park in Iowa Falls. Girls Head Coach Chad Johnson says some individuals have solidified themselves in the lineup.
“Ashley Chipahua, she is a really solid player for us,” Johnson says. “She’s playing the one or two. Then we’ve got Abby Dryer out this year, just a great, great athlete for us. And last week was her very first meet. She definitely got her feet wet there and I’m looking for big things from her and Lauren Hill. She’s another one really solid player for us. And then Chloe Craighton, she’s another senior we have. And again, she’s just a really solid player.”
Both meets will start at 4:30.
The track & field teams will be in action. The boys will be at the Gilbert Coed Invitational and the girls will be at the Clear Lake Girls Invitational. Both will start at 4:30.
