The Rowan City Council Monday approved the city’s fiscal year 2026 budget.
The Rowan council approved to have Siblings Roofing, L-L-C of Belmond to do a free estimate on the roof of the Rowan Events Center that was damaged by hail.
And the Rowan City Council voted to move forward with an effort to take possession of two properties in town.
