Franklin General Hospital in Hampton has announced that its nursing facility has received an overall rating of five stars from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in its Nursing Home Care Compare program.
The CMS five-star quality rating system is a tool that helps families and caregivers compare nursing homes and make informed decisions about care. This rating system is a comprehensive evaluation of the nursing homes performance across three key areas: health inspections, staffing levels and quality measures. The Franklin General Hospital Nursing Facility rating is compared to other facilities within the state, with the top 10% of facilities receiving five stars.
Franklin Country View Nursing Facility is a 52-bed, intermediate care facility attached to Franklin General Hospital. Residents have the choice to never have to go out in the inclement weather for clinic, outpatient or hospital services.
