H-D School Board presents its initial proposal for negotiations

A special meeting was held this week by the Hampton-Dumont School Board.

H-D Superintendent Aaron Becker presented the board of education’s initial proposal for negotiations with the Hampton-Dumont Education Association.

The board is proposing an increase to the certified base wage of $1,210 for all certified staff and a 13-hundred dollar increase to the Generator Base Salary on Schedule “D” for 2025-26.

The proposed total package is an increase of 3 percent.

The Hampton-Dumont School Board also approved a bid from Reliable1 to replace the middle school HVAC equipment.
