The North Butler boys track and field team was highly competitive in the distance races to place fifth at the Hudson Boys Meet on Thursday.

The Bearcat girls track and field team placed 11th at the Lady Bulldog Invite hosted by Hampton-Dumont-CAL on Thursday.

4th in 100m hurdles, Alexis Rose
5th in discus, Izzy O’Dowd
5th in high jump, Addison Ulrich
2nd in Shuttle Hurdle Relay
The North Butler girls next meet will be at Saint Ansgar on Monday. The Bearcat boys next meet is at Iowa Falls-Alden on Tuesday.
The North Butler girls and boys golf teams will visit Newman Catholic for a triangular against the Knights and Northwood-Kensett on Friday. The Bearcat girls finished second with a 210 at a quad hosted by Tripoli on Tuesday. Zoey Thompson carded a 45 to lead the team. The Bearcat boys finished third at Tripoli. Nolan Reser had a team best round of 41. Tee off is at 4:15 p.m. at Highland Park Golf Course.
