The Hampton-Dumont-CAL girls tennis team was the only sports team of the school in action Friday. They fell 6-3 at home to Osage in a non-conference dual.
Abby Drier won 9-7 at #1 singles, Yesi Valenzuela won 8-6 at #2 singles, and Drier/Valenzuela won 9-7 at #1 doubles.
Their next meet will be Tuesday at home against Nevada.
Looking ahead to Monday’s action, boys tennis will be at Clear Lake. The soccer teams will take on Humboldt, with the boys on the road and the girls at home.
