Today Sukup Manufacturing Company of Sheffield announced deepening its roots as the company expands in Ames at 26-hundred South Loop Drive.
Company officials say they are making a strategic investment to maximize the opportunities for continued growth.
Sukup will remain at the Research Park for its Ames operations, but the address change within the park will give the company the opportunity to nearly double this location’s growth.
This location is home to the Synk Hub and will serve as a central point for evolving company culture and expanding the recruitment funnel for top engineering and technology talent. The Sukup location in Ames has 17 full-time employees, with additional staff drop-ins.
The company has other locations in Manly, Clear Lake, Hampton, and West Des Moines.
