Last week the Ackley City Council discussed EMS options for the community.
Those options include continuing to work with Eldora EMS as the primary response, switching to Iowa Falls EMS to being the primary response, or having 1st responders answering the call until an ambulance arrives on the scene. No decisions were made by the council.
The Ackley City Council also approved the Hardin County 28-E Fire/Mutual Aid Agreement.
