Special session held by the Franklin Supervisors

Today the Franklin County Board of Supervisors held a special session and went into a closed session to discuss strategy with legal counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent.

Those in the closed session were all three county supervisors, the county auditor, the county attorney, and sheriff.

The closed session lasted for 90 minutes.

No action was taken in open session by the Franklin County Board of Supervisors.
