Several drug related charges have been filed against a 66-year-old Parkersburg resident.
A criminal complaint filed by the Butler County Sheriff’s Department charged Craig Thorne with a controlled substance violation, a class “B” felony, a different controlled substance violation, a class “D” felony, along with two counts of failing to affix a drug tax stamp, and for dominion/control of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon.
His arraignment and a bond review hearing have been set for March 3rd at 9am in Butler County District Court at Allison.
If convicted on all the charges, Thorne could be sentenced for up to 45-years in prison.
