Grundy Center’s City Clerk Kristy Sawyer this week provided an update on the fiscal year 2026 budgeting process to the city council.
Sawyer says the proposed property tax levy notice will be published and a public hearing about the levy will be held on April 7th.
In addition, she presented the budget worksheets showing the profit or loss of each individual city fund.
No formal action was taken by the Grundy Center City Council.
