Celebration of Life for 60-year-old Scott Charles Harper of Des Moines, formerly of Hampton, will be Saturday, May 18th at 2pm at the Pit Row Pub in Hampton.
Scott Charles Harper passed away April 29th at UnityPoint Hospice-Taylor House in Des Moines.
