Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds authorized a Proclamation of Disaster Emergency for 15 counties in response to the severe weather that took place yesterday.
The governor’s proclamation allows state resources to be utilized to respond to and recover from the effects of the severe storms and activates the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and Disaster Case Advocacy Program.
One of the counties under this proclamation is Hardin County.
