Monday the Franklin County Board of Supervisors approved a wage step plan for county employees.
By doing so, the plan will show the beginning starting wages for all pay grades governed by the supervisors, effective July 1st.
The Franklin County Board of Supervisors also approved the establishment of a Comp Time Accumulation and Usage policy.
