Graveside service for 78-year-old Jerry Ray Clemons of Hubbard will be Thursday, June 20th at 11am at the Hubbard Cemetery.
Boeke Funeral Home in Hubbard is assisting the family.
Jerry Ray Clemons passed away Monday, June 17th at the Montezuma Specialty Care Facility.
