KLMJ Radio on the Go is working to help with relief efforts in Spencer as the community continues to struggle following the weekend flooding that caused a lot of damage.
Our studios in Hampton will be a drop off point for items that the residents of Spencer need now.
The items that are needed right now include:
-Feminine products
-Diapers and wipes
-Baby formula
-Boxed items like granola bars and individually wrapped items
-Tylenol and ibuprofen
-Small flashlights
-Batteries
-Bottled water
About 400 people were rescued in Spencer over the weekend, and at least one person died in the flooding.
