Just over 80 percent of Iowa is now listed as having no drought conditions this week, up from 69-point-17 percent last week.
The abnormally dry category dropped about 11 percent this week to 19-point-78 percent.
However, since no other drought categories are listed, the state officially has been out of the most recent drought for several weeks.
The entire Radio on the Go broadcast area is drought free.
One year ago, less than 1 percent of Iowa was drought free.
