Governor Kim Reynolds has issued a proclamation for several counties including Cerro Gordo, Floyd, Hancock, and Wright in the broadcast area in response to the widespread flooding in Iowa.
The governor’s proclamation allows for the additional targeted suspension of specific regulatory requirements in affected counties to effectively respond to and recover from the effects of this event and protect public peace, health, and safety.
For example, this latest proclamation temporarily suspends the provisions prescribing fees for the issuance of duplicate registrations and certificate of title for all-terrain vehicles.
