For the first time in at least two years, there are no drought conditions listed for the entire state of Iowa.

Last week, less than one percent of the state was listed as being abnormally dry.

One year ago, no areas of the state were listed as being drought free.

Conditions began to improve when precipitation picked up towards the end of March and has continued since then.
