The Grundy County Board of Supervisors this week held a discussion about the Highway Authority to enforce Iowa Code Chapter 318-Obstructions in Highway Rights-of-Way.
The Grundy supervisors then approved for Highway Authority to impose a civil citation and/or lawsuit to prohibit subsequent repeat offenders of Chapter 318 of the state code.
In other business, the Grundy County Board of Supervisors voted 3-2 to provide the public with electronic access to the board meetings beginning Tuesday, and voted 4-1 to establish a compensation board.
