H-D-CAL Head Coach Sarah Miller on sharing senior night with a driven group and the support of Bulldog Country.
“Incredibly proud of the seniors, their dedication and their hard work. That was a special moment to be with these girls for the last four years and what that means to me, just as a mom too,” says Miller. “Sad to see them leave but we have a lot of season left, we’re excited to keep pushing, keep moving mountains and be ready for our postseason. The atmosphere that the crowd brought, the bench brought, I just really feel supported in this program. That’s what I love about our community and about being a Bulldog.”
Senior Aubryee Showalter was on fire for the Bulldogs with 19 kills and four aces. Sophomore Addison Aalbers added six kills for the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs had 12 aces in the match, all by senior servers.
Sophomore Carlea Dagel and Senior Hayley Mulford each had seven kills to lead the Cadets.
