Wednesday the Iowa Valley Community College District Board of Directors approved a project with OPN Architects concerning the Ellsworth Community College campus in Iowa Falls.
The project involves the demolition of Wall Hall, a former dormitory, on the ECC campus.
Work is anticipated to begin in the late spring/early summer of 2025.
