Monday, the Wright County Board of Supervisors reviewed a participation agreement in the 2024 wellness program between the county and the Iowa State Association of Counties. The board also reviewed an agreement for continued participation in 2025.
Supervisor Dean Kluss stated during the meeting that the county will save $86,966 on fiscal year 2024 health premiums through participation in the ISAC Wellness Program. Kluss also stated the county is receiving a 5% discount for the current fiscal year and will receive a 5% discount for fiscal year 2026 health premiums.
The board then approved an agreement for participation in the 2025 wellness program as presented.
